Finding the right crew members is imperative for a smooth and successful shoot. Even with a good team in your corner, at times it may be necessary to outsource some positions.

A Director of Photography or Cinematographer has the tremendous task of creating the right lighting, framing and aesthetic for each shot. Ultimately, it is their job to bring forth the Director’s vision onscreen. Our expert team of Cinematographers and Cameramen will work closely with you and coordinate with the crew regarding the best equipment, lenses and filters that will offer the best precision and picture quality for your project.

Sound is one of the most crucial and challenging parts of production. Anything from the equipment, outside noises, down to the physical placement of sound on set will have a profound effect on the quality of your sound. With NXG, you will be provided an experienced Sound Mixer with recording equipment for a satisfying end result.

A Casting Director seeks out actors to fill roles in film, television, commercial and theater work. They have a gift for spotting talent and are persistent in their search for connecting the right actor with the right role. NXG Global Productions has a growing network of skillful actors and actresses we work with who’s performances will bring out the best outcome of your project.

Lighting is key to setting the mood of any scene and a crucial element for the Director of Photography. A Gaffer works with the Director of Photography to determine the best plan of action for lighting. When you choose to work with us, we will create schematics of your lighting and stage it accordingly on set for the best results.

Key Grip needs to be familiar with lighting and rigging equipment and have an understanding of the technology associated with production. They  help the Director of Photography and Gaffer with specific camera movements and lighting challenges and must be diligent and observant while on set to ensure equipment is secured and the crew are kept safe. Our team members are patient, ready and able to help your crew on set succeed.

The look of your set says a lot about a character, a location or a service. Team up with one of our Production Designers and we will brainstorm and construct designs and themes that will enhance your project and have a profound effect on your audience.

Production Assistant can offer extra help and support needed on or off set. Their roles include almost anything and can range anywhere from coffee runs to transporting actors and crew members. They are entry-level workers who’s involvement is valuable in all stages of production.  Our highly organized and dependable assistants will take care of any errands or odd jobs you may have, leaving you more time to put your focus, time and energy into your project.
